A clear no-fee policy for authors and readers

SİTA keeps submission, review and publication workflows free so authors can focus on the scientific content rather than administrative charges.

No fee is charged at any stage. Submission, preliminary review, peer review and publication are all free of charge.

Article submission fee

No submission or preliminary evaluation fee is charged for manuscripts sent to SİTA.

  • Authors are not charged before editorial screening.
  • The submission process is fully free of charge.

Publication fee

Articles accepted for publication are not subject to article processing or publication fees.

  • No fee is requested after peer review.
  • There is no hidden page, color or layout charge.

Editorial and peer review process

Screening, peer review and editorial decisions do not create a financial burden for authors.

  • Reviewer coordination and communication are free of charge.

Open access and reuse

Published articles are freely accessible to readers and may be reused under the journal’s open license terms.
